We are living in Portugal since 1 January 2018 as local residents.
We started the buying activities of Quinta El Gharb in March 2017 and finalized the deal in August 2017. The property has many illegal buildings as well as swimming pool and we need to demolish some of the buildings and rebuild and legalize everything. This whole process will take 8-10 months.
Below are some pics of the area where we live, some of the nices beaches in the world are here. Most of these pics are from early November 2017. The temperature was around 23 degrees.
